Upper Body Cardio Workout: Part 1


Upper Body Cardio Workout Before beginning ths exercise routine make sure to warm up & stretch. Do 10-12 repetitions of each exercise. Do about 5 repetitions of each combination. If you are a beginner begin with 1-2 sets and eventually work up to 3. Finish with a cooldown and stretch.
